What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

i have pus on my penis so i went for urinalysis test few hours ago and here is my result. color - yellow... transparency-clear..protein - negative..... sugar -negative ....pus cells- 0-2...red blood cells /hpf ..Amorphous urate-Rare.....Mucus Threads- Rare

There is no feature suggestive of UTI(urinary tract infection) detected in this report.
